Mathematical indicators of cardiac rhythm analysis show an increase in regulatory mechanisms under the influence of stress (risk factors and illness) – amplitude mode and tension index increase, while standard deviation, mode, and variation spread decrease – characterizing the degree of heart rate variability.

The clinical and immunological features of onychomycosis in elderly and the senile age

From among 45 patients at the age of 60-85 (men – 36, women – 9) with onychomycosis 23 (51.1%) had distal and lateral form, 5 (11.1%) – superficial and white, 6 (13.3%) – proximal and hyponychial, 11 – total and dystrophic. All patients with onychomycosis had various forms of the athlete’s foot. The cell immunity decreased (fall of CD3 and CD8) and the humoral one increased (raise of IgM, IgG and the circulating immune complexes). -
EVALUATIONS OF NURSING OF CHILDREN WITH LOW BIRTH WEIGHT

The evaluating of results of health surveillance and provided neonatal care bantam children, depending on body weight at birth, were divided into 5 groups. In the first group was composed of 11 children born weighing less than 1000 g, second – 62 children weighing from 1000 to 1490 gr., third – 112 children weighing from 1500 to 1999 gr., fourth – 200 newborns weighing from 2000 to 2499 gr., in the fifth group – 32 newborns weighing 2500 gr. The adequacy of resuscitation was directly dependent on birth weight. Resuscitative measures were timely and adequate most of un-derweight children studied groups. 2,1 often observed late start resuscitation in children weighing less than 1499gr. as a result of underestimating the doctor of the child and not a diagnosed chronic intrauterine hypoxia. Essential influence on a condition of a newborn provided incomplete volume resuscitation measures. 15,8% of children with very low body weight, born in severe asphyxia, were not conducted adequate ventilation of the lungs, tracheal intubation. The overwhelming majority of children of I-II groups in 91,1% of cases were examined неонатологом immediately after birth, in the III group accounted for 55,8% of at the appropriate values of 9,1% and 5,5% in the IV and V of the investigated groups. To increase the level of survival rate of underweight children must take into account many factors, ranging from the improvement of the quality of antenatal protection of the fetus to the improvement of medical, given their low readiness to extrauterine life. -

The treatment of pacient with a stroke

During the research the effect of the following medicine with the group of patients with the first time stroke was observed. The medications are: Anitigipertetion – Group of Sartan and Dizagrigation – The combination of Asperin with Dipiridamol. The result of the research has shown, that the medications possess neuro – protective effects and can be used for the prophylactics of the second time stroke. -

At the present stage of development the aim of the health system is the organization of qualita¬tive models of infrastructure and management schemes. In the given aspect the most urgent health problem is to build a high-quality system of medical care. The article summarizes the results of the situational analysis of medical activities and evaluation of diagnostic services at the present stage in the conditions of state financing and transition to full cost accounting in the Republic of Tajikistan. Analysis of normative-legal documents showed that of 2866 institutions of primary health care 3,8% of them are represented by the district and city health centers, 26,5% of rural health centers, 10,8% in the specialized outpatient centers, 58,9 per cent – houses of health. Analysis of the equipment of the medical equipment in the period 1990-2011, showed that mostly diagnostic equipment prevailed in medical-preventive institutions, Dushanbe and Sughd regions (25,4% and 23,8%). On the balance of research institutions, Republican specialized hospitals and centres, it amounted to 19,9%. Oth¬er administrative territories of the Republic of equipment diagnostic equipment was significantly lower. Analysis of the activity of the services on provision of diagnostic help to the population of the Republic of Tajikistan in the modern socio-economic conditions showed that the main factors in the development of diagnostic centers and efficiency of delivered medical assistance are: good governance, improving financing with the purpose of modernization, improvement of quality and successful use of personnel and technological potential. -

The publication highlights modern conception about etiology and pathogenesis, clinical manifestation and treatment of different types of epilepsy. Tour has been undertaken to understand different types of convulsion and non-convul¬sion paroxysm, as well as modern antiepileptic treatment. In addition the analysis of medical records undertaken by neurologists and psychiatrists allowed to objectives a great deal tactical and therapeutically doctor’s mistakes.
It was determined that doctors not always clearly differentiate type of paroxysm. The medicine prescribed by spe¬cialists not relevant to the given type of convulsion. The treatment starts with multi-therapy, which not recommended in modern literature sources. In treatment scheme along with anti-convulsive drugs indicated medicines that contrain-dicated for treatment of epilepsy, these aggravate course of disease and facilitate early development of epileptic status as well as epileptic encephalopathy.
Therefore publication and informing wide auditorium the correct treatment tactics of epileptic patients will promote correct anti-epileptic drugs and reduce mistakes during epilepsy treatment. -
